Parent Workshops.

Over the last 7 years of working with Children and Young People, I have come across countless parents who feel helpless and overwhelmed when it comes to their Child’s wellbeing. After witnessing so many parents who have sacrificed their own mental health and been wracked with nerves in order to support their Child, I knew something needed to change.

I designed my Parent Workshops to support, educate and empower Parent’s to be able to feel confident in helping their Child to navigate through their Mental Health and Wellness struggles. The aim of the workshops is to provide high quality information and resources which can be used within the home, as well as providing a safe and supportive environment for the parent’s to be able to talk openly about their experiences (if they should want to) and receive personalised options on how to move forwards.

I offer all of my workshops as a group but I also have private sessions available if you would prefer.

Please use the link below to email me directly and I will reserve a place for you. For further information or to book via phone please call 07309 345 645

What’s Included?

All workshops have been designed and written by myself after interviewing many parents (and their teenagers) on what they would like to be included. I gathered data from many of my previous and existing counselling clients as well as approaching the larger community for their comments, which has meant that I am able to give a really in depth insight into the experiences of the young people in each of the affected groups.

I have also created my own resources which I have been using both within my private practice and school settings for a number of years and have continuously worked on to ensure they continue to be relevant and effective for each of my clients.
